Gerald Roliz is one of the Founders and Managing Partners with Panax Capital Investments, a real estate investment firm headquartered in Meridian, ID.
Gerald received dual degrees from U.C Berkeley, where he majored in Psychology and Molecular & Cell Biology. Upon graduation, Gerald worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative for 5 years where he taught medical doctors about Drug to Drug interactions, adverse side effects, drug-induced diseases and withdrawal syndrome caused by many commonly prescribed pharmaceutical medications. He completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition. He is the author of The Pharmaceutical Myth book. Gerald is on a mission to help as many familes have generational health. He is the Clinic Director of the Natural Health Improvement Center.
After graduating from U.C. Berkeley in 2001, Gerald read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki prior to attaining his real estate license. He and his family have invested in single-family home rentals across multiple landlord friendly states. He later saw the transition to multi-family investments being the way of the future for him and his family.
One of his biggest passions is helping people restore their health naturally, free of drugs and unnecessary surgeries, so as to prevent the development of any future health challenges AND allow each person to enjoy their financial wealth through to the end of their lives.

James Magnusen is one of the Founders and Managing Partners with Panax Capital Investments, a real estate investment firm headquartered in Meridian, ID.
James has dedicated 13 years to real estate investing, covering everything from Tax Sales to creative financing deals. James acquired his first rental at age 21, while earning his BA in Business Management. He has acquired and rehabbed over 50 properties and held a large number of them for positive cash flow and tax savings purposes. James is an expert at structuring win-win deals and understands how to fund deals with private investors and lender provided funds.
James is an Acquisitions & Asset Management Specialist and is fully capable of calculating capital expenditures necessary for proper repositioning of investor holdings to maximize yield upon exit. James pursues existing properties for our investors that meet our specific criteria for returns, cashflow, and equity gains. Building relationships with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and partners to attain quality and consistency throughout our deals is key to his success.
This pivot to commercial real estate, specifically apartment buildings, is where he found the most efficient path to financial freedom. Now James aims to help investors achieve there financial goals through passive investing without worrying about the day-to-day operations. One of his biggest passions is spending time with his family, travelling with other like minded investment oriented individuals and working with partners who strive for generational wealth.
